What we'll do

Get ready to spice up your culinary skills with one of the most aromatic and delicious food experiences in Beirut! Join us for "This Is Naan Negotiable," a hands-on workshop dedicated to mastering the art of a classic Indian feast. Our expert chefs will guide you through the rich and complex flavors of Indian cuisine. You'll learn the secrets to creating a perfectly creamy and flavorful Butter Chicken, cook aromatic Saffron Rice, and—most importantly—learn to make soft, pillowy Naan Bread completely from scratch. To complete the meal, you'll prepare a fresh and zesty Kachumber salad. This is the perfect thing to do in Beirut for a fun, social evening with friends or a unique date night. After the cooking is done, you'll all sit down to enjoy the incredible Indian dinner you've created, complete with refreshing Pink Lemonade.
