What we'll do

Ready to find the single best dessert in Beirut? Forget the online lists—we're going on a delicious, interactive mission! Join our dessert-obsessed host on a walking safari through the charming streets of Achrafieh to hunt for the perfect Knefeh. We will visit 3-4 legendary, handpicked pastry shops, from iconic institutions to hidden local gems. At each stop, you’ll taste a different style of this heavenly cheese and semolina dessert, learning the secrets behind the perfect "cheese pull." You'll get a fun scorecard to rate each one on texture, sweetness, and overall deliciousness. At the end, we’ll crown one spot the "Knefeh Champion"! This is a walking tour, a history lesson, and a sugar rush all in one.

Notes

A serious sweet tooth and an empty stomach! We will be walking about 1.5-2km at a relaxed pace, with plenty of delicious stops. Please advise of any severe nut allergies in advance. This tour is focused on Knefeh, which contains dairy (cheese) and gluten.
Where we'll be

The experience takes place in the Achrafieh neighborhood of Beirut. Meeting Point: We will meet at Sassine Square, directly by the main statue. Your host will be easy to spot with a Lebanon Locals sign.
