What we'll do

Transport yourself to the heart of Southern Italy with one of the most beloved food experiences in Beirut. Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn the secrets to creating perfect, pillowy potato gnocchi from scratch. Our expert chefs will guide you through the traditional techniques, from cooking the potatoes to rolling and shaping each delicate dumpling. You'll then learn to make the classic "Alla Sorrentina" sauce—a rich and vibrant combination of tomato, basil, and bubbling mozzarella. To complete your Italian feast, you'll also prepare a silky Panna Cotta with a bright Red Fruit Coulis for dessert. This cozy and interactive class is perfect for a delicious night out with friends or a unique date night. After the cooking is done, you'll all sit down together for a wonderful dinner, complete with drinks, to enjoy the incredible Italian meal you've just created.
