What we'll do

Ever wondered what makes the sauce at the world-famous L'Entrecôte restaurants so irresistible? Now you can learn the secret. Join us for a unique culinary workshop dedicated to mastering this iconic French bistro classic from scratch. This is one of the most unique food experiences in Beirut. Our expert chefs will guide you through the "unique Entrecôte formula," teaching you how to cook the perfect steak and, most importantly, how to create the legendary, herb-infused Café de Paris sauce. You'll also learn to make delicious, crispy French fries and a tangy Lemon Curd for dessert. This hands-on class is perfect for a special date night or a fun evening with friends. After the cooking, you'll sit down to a full steak frites dinner, complete with wine, to enjoy the incredible meal you've just prepared.
