    Escape the bustle of the city & discover centuries of hidden histories on this heritage-packed day trip. Enjoy a mix of cultural & natural attractions traveling between locations. Highlights include an ancient cedar forest, Gebran Khalil Gebran gallery, and a 14th-century hermitage. A blue shiny sky takes us to Besharre. where up in the mountains rises the Cedars Forest. A 2000 year’s old cedar tree in the middle of multiple souvenirs kiosks covers the main street. A walk in the protected “Cedrus Libani” park. Information, details, myths & beliefs. Next stop is the Gebran gallery located in downtown Besharre Lebanon's Iconic artist treasures inside this humble monastery converted into a nice gallery half curved in a giant rocky mountain. Minutes later we drive down deep the Kadisha valley. Breathtaking sceneries, wonderful views, water cascades and curved shapes in the surrounding mountains. A 14th century hermitage and monastery, Quiet observance required.
