What we'll do

his is a customized seasonal cultural experience where you’ll join villagers in the harvest: Olive Picking – hand-pick olives from family groves using traditional tools and nets. Village Press Visit – see how olives are pressed into golden oil using both modern and old stone mills. Tasting Session – sample fresh olive oil, zaatar, olives, and village bread. Hidden Gem Lunch – optional meal with homemade dishes, olive-based recipes, and local wine or arak. Cultural Storytelling – learn about Lebanon’s olive heritage and its role in family life.

Where we'll be

Olive Groves in the Mountains – villages in Batroun, Koura, or Chouf and all over Lebanon (location depends on season). Local Olive Press – traditional and modern methods of oil making. Village Table – homemade flavors and hidden gem hospitality.
