Guided by our expert hosts, you'll knead the dough, shape your own pasta, and top your pizza with the finest ingredients. We believe in quality above all, which is why our vegetables and eggs are sourced organically from the village, our cheeses are a mix of homemade local specialties and premium Italian imports, and our flour is of the highest quality. After the workshop, the real feast begins. You'll sit down to enjoy the delicious pizza and pasta you've just created, alongside a curated aperitivo featuring homemade bruschetta, focaccia, and a fresh caprese salad.
